About the workshop:
This workshop introduces participants to flamenco as both a creative expression and an essential practice for exercising the mind and body. Participants will learn basic flamenco techniques and short phrases specifically designed to be modified for both sitting and standing participation.
Whether you are looking to explore a new culture or engage in gentle, rhythmic exercise, this workshop provides a supportive environment to discover the strength and empowerment of the flamenco art form.
